Mr. William R. Wallace, CPA, the Managing Partner of the firm, has thirty-eight (38) years of experience in the fields of auditing and accounting, small business advisory services, consulting, and litigation support.

Mr. Wallace is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA). He is past President of BICA, a former member of the Public Disclosure Commission, a former Director of the Bank of the Bahamas Limited’s Trust, a former Director of The Bank of The Bahamas Limited, a Director of Santander Group, Director/Treasurer of Safe Bahamas, former Chairman, College of the Bahamas Continuing Work Experience programme, Member of St. Agnes Parish Vestry, and a member of various fraternal organizations, both locally and internationally.
